How To Apply: Moisten a cotton pad with the Blackhead Eliminating Cleansing Toner. Wipe over face and neck. Do not rinse. Apply twice daily for best results. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly. Do not use on irritated skin. Stop use if irritation occurs.
